The rising popularity of pollinator gardens inspired us to create this Dogwood Birdbath to welcome pollinators to the garden. Honeybees and other beneficial insects require a water source that gives them the opportunity to sip at the water's edge. Keeping the petals of the central dogwood flower dipping below the water level allows them to land and drink without falling in. The threaded base on the underside of the bowl attaches it to the 36” wrought iron Garden Stake. The two-prong design gives added stability for staking directly into garden beds and borders.

Protective Coating Notice
All of our birdbaths are treated with a clear external protective coating. This barrier prevents standing water from coming into contact with the raw metals. Outdoor elements, UV rays, and regular cleaning will naturally wear down the protective layer over time. Reappication of a clear, non-toxic, marine-grade, metal sealant is recomended but not requiered. Without the protective layer the birdbath will form a patina over time.

The dogwood flower is handcrafted out of solid brass which may contain trace amounts of lead. This item is sold strictly for decorative use without prolonged dermal contact. Please keep out of reach of children.
